The recent growth in bicycle usage as a regular means of transport has led to the emergence of new road use conflicts, such as conflicts between pedestrians and cyclists and conflicts between drivers and cyclists.

The growth in bicycle usage should not be an obstacle to peaceful coexistence on our roads. Good mobility bylaws are needed which clearly define the rights and obligations for each means of transport. To this end, AIM works with local governments to adapt municipal bylaws to this new urban reality.
